Daniel,

In my opinion this is adequately covered by the existing voting mechanism.
Someone can be removed by a motion of the PSC.  If there is a veto,
such as by the member in question, then we would have to go to an override
vote which requires an absolute majority of PSC members (not just those who
choose to vote).

Note, I find the concept of purging members that the majority disagree with
somewhat distasteful, but I can imagine circumstances in which it would
be appropriate.
