Release MapServer 4.10.2 on Friday?

[Yewondwossen Assefa]

The following bugs have been back ported to 4.10.x branch. Preliminary 
tests have been done to insure that things work. More tests can only be 
done on Monday so I am proposing that we delay the release till Monday 
PM. Do people have major objections to that ?
