[mapserver-dev] skia standalone for Linux

Hello all,

I've "ported" skia, a graphic rendering engine to Linux.
Currently the scons script comes with skia now only supports Linux(
strictly speaking, posix support)
but I do have a plan to make it Windows ready.

Mapserver uses agg as a rendering engine.
It is good and fast enough but it won't harm to give skia a try.
