[mapserver-dev] 5.6 Release Schedule & Release Manager

Hi Steve,

I was mainly thinking of bugs 3075, 1506, 1534, 2028, 1280, 2979 and all 
these little bugs which give you hard times when trying to set up a 
proper WMS 1.3.0 server.
