The new keyword defines "the resolution for which the size/width values 
are set in the mapfile's classes and styles", or in other words the 
ideal default resolution for this mapfile... we need a keyword that says 
that. This value is not necessarily related to screen or display, i.e. 
one could create their mapfile for 300dpi and set a lower resolution for 
use on the web, in that context, SCREENRESOLUTION would be even less 
meaningful than DEFRESOLUTION.
