[mapserver-dev] MapServer 5.2.2 and 5.4 demos...

Hi all: The security changes made in 5.2.2 and 5.4 have rendered the older Itasca demo useless without a bit more
configuration. Specifically the magic strings needed to be added to all templates and 5.4 doesn't support changing
IMAGEPATH and IMAGEURL from a URL any more. I've got an updated version that runs on 5.4 fine (and also then
5.2.2) available at:

I look at this just as a stop-gap until I get the new demo and samples apps ready (slowly working on them). Any objection
to linking to from the download page? Perhaps someone with MS4W/OSGeo4W could take a look and make suggestions
for the README.
