[mapserver-dev] hoto add new key in mapfiles

Hi Daniel,
I did add a new enhancement #3116 to the tracking system. With the included modifications you can reference to a second layer representing the area which is used to clip the output from the first layer. There are lots of open items, of course. Especially in combination with #3122 this can add simple access control mechanisms to mapserver.
