[mapserver-dev] DEFRESOLUTION default

Hi list,

why is the default value of DEFRESOLUTION 72?

To me a more logical default value would be MAP->RESOLUTION if it is not
set explicitly.

Now we have a situation in which our current MAP files under MS 5.6 have
scaled up pixmaps, and we can't add DEFRESOLUTION to our existing MAP
files since this breaks with MS 5.2 (unknown identifier error on
DEFRESOLUTION).
