[mapserver-dev] Motion: Commit access for Stephan Meißl

Folks,

Steve and I have been working closely with Stephan Meißl who has
implemented WCS 2.0 support and some fixes for WCS 1.1 and 1.0.
I am impressed with the quality of the patches he has provided,
which include detailed msautotest tests.  I would like to see him
become a direct MapServer developer.

Motion: Provide commit access to Stephan Meißl.
