I see two issues so far...

1) The file specified in TEMPLATE needs to exist and have a valid magic string (even though it should be using the OUTPUTFORMAT template and not the Header/Template/Footer style.)

2) The Content-type header sent for msautotest/misc/result/rfc36_geojson.js is incorrect (geojson not application/json; subtype=geojson)
