Putting DEBUG 5 does create a log file, but always empty very strange. I
thought about a permission problem, but setting the application pool
identity to Local System did not resolve.

Tried IIS 6.0 + Windows XP Pro, and here it works!

So, may it be a IIS configuration issue?
