Assefa already done such a job for prior TinyOWS version
but i don't know at all the status for 1.0 branch.

Nothing 've been yet done on TinyOWS side,

As decided, we want to release 1.0 prior anything else,
but my fault to took more time than expected

I really think to attempt it (code and ml) in November.
