[mapserver-dev] RFC84 call for vote: migrate from svn/trac to git/github

+1 and thank you Thomas for the hard work on this.


Side note about the RFC for those who may not have noticed that 
important detail:

- What Thomas proposes is to have mapcache and tinyows live in separate 
sub-repositories, so this means we no longer need RFC-83 which was 
proposing the opposite (i.e. a tighter integration of the source files). 
Perhaps the ref to RFC-83 in RFC-84 should be removed.
