[mapserver-dev] 6.2 release

Hi,

I did add an update for the axis orientation code, see http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/attachment/ticket/4273/mapaxisorder.v798.csv.patch. As long MapServer has to use it's own table, this is an quite important patch to stay compatible with OWS clients.

In case there's someone to review the patch at http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/attachment/ticket/4268/axes_orientation.patch, code size an lookup performance for the axis orientation could be enhanced in 6.2, too.
