As said, I would have some small new features but I'd consider none of
them blocking.

The latest INSPIRE document additionally allows WMS 1.1.1 which is not
yet implemented.

For WCS there is corrigendum 2.0.1 to be released soon which would be
nice to support in 6.2 but it could wait for 6.2.1 if it would be OK to
include there.
