[mapserver-dev] Support for HStore collumn for style attributes.

Hi.
The Hstore column functionality of Postgres is really great for things 
like Mapserver. It makes it possible to assign arbitrary key value pairs 
to a geometry. Projects like OpenStreetMap already use this to store 
their tags. Where would I start to make a patch for this? I think this 
would be a nice addition to Mapserver when you want to query an geometry 
for different style attributes.
