[mapserver-dev] WFS Filter encoding issue

Yves,

what does your FILTER parameter look like in the MAP file? What if you include the <Filter> tags in there? I think MapServer would skip adding them with <ogc:Filter>.

Which would make GeoServer happy, but not sure about ArcGIS.

Otherwise I would change the following line in MapServer code to use xmlns:ogc:
