Correct, but IMO it's too late to add configurable order in 6.2, and 
this will require a champion with interest/time/funding to make it 
happen in a future release.

The only thing we can safely do at this time for 6.2 is revert to the 
6.0 order *if* there is general agreement that the new order is wrong 
and/or in the interest of maintaining backwards compatibility. But even 
dong that is kind of late since those who tested the betas were using 
the new order.
