[mapserver-dev] Pull requests in documentation

Hello,

There are 4 pull requests [1] whit 2 of them look important to me (I18n system 
and i18n pot file) as it can help to improve the translation process.

QGIS is using such system successfully with transiflex app which helps to get 
website and documentation translated really fast.

I do think that this 2 PR are worth to be merged into master branch.

I would like to get your opinion (Jeff :) ) on this, may be we can run a short 
vote after discussion. I know that there are some discussion on this on the 
FOSS4G code sprint but may be a broader discussion could help.
