[mapserver-dev] missing files using built-in OpenLayers template

Indeed that is the case for us: scriptName in our single file build was
set to OpenLayers.js, and then the img and theme folders were never
found.  I changed it to our custom 'OpenLayers-ms60.js' and now
style.css and all images are found.  Phew.  Mark as fixed!!!
