[mapserver-dev] MapCacheAlias and Alias in same Apache vhost

With MapCache 1.2 it was possible to have an Alias URL-path below a
MapCacheAlias URL-path in an Apache vhost e.g. "Alias /dem /dir;
MapCacheAlias / /mapcache.xml". Is it intended behaviour that MapCache
>=1.4 doesn't support this?
