[mapserver-dev] Setting a timeline/criteria for a 7.2.1 release?

That pull request looks very good to me - tests and doc updates :-)

Is anyone in a position to review
https://github.com/mapserver/docs/pull/251 ?I'm not a PHP user, but would like to get this pull request in (at least
to master), and then maybe clean up the Appveyor script afterwards.
