Good point Steve, I deleted the first 2 wiki pages, and added a pointer at the top of the original OGCAPI wiki draft...

Subject: [mapserver-dev] Wiki Pages to Delete:

Hi all: I don't see how to delete these in the main repo. To avoid confusion relative to the formal OGCAPI RFC:

  *   https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/wiki/OGC-API-implementation-RFC: basically empty
  * https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/wiki/OGC-API-implementation: precursor to the next page - I don't know that we need to hang on to it. That was really notes from a PSC meeting we had on the topic.
  * https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/wiki/OGC-API-RFC-Draft: this is what was turned into the formal RFC. This for sure needs to go IMHO.

There's one other page out there (https://github.com/MapServer/MapServer/wiki/OGC-API) that is more like general OGC API documentation via TomK and I think it's ok to keep.

What do you think?
