Sorry I forgot to mention that I checked in the Open Office .odt file I used to create the pdf, in SVN at /trunk/docs/references/users-manual/. I believe MS Word has a downloadable plugin for that Open Document format now.<br>

Jeff: Would it be possible to get a copy of this in a format that would be easier to mark up (e.g. Word)? That<br>
would make it easier to take a red pen to it. I don't think sending comments like "on page 10, paragraph 5, ..."<br>
will be very efficient. I'd rather just open it up and insert comments inline. You can do some of that with Acrobat<br>
but the Reader version is kinda limiting.<br>

Some comments:<br>

- has gaping holes<br>
- plan is to use SteveL's demo as part of the missing 'application' section<br>
- most if not all examples in this doc were manually executed, and in many cases i've updated the associated existing website docs accordingly<br>
- many more existing website docs will be ported into the Appendix<br>
<br>
I hope you guys think it is becoming useful.<br>
