I'd just like to bring attention to the Python MapScript bindings
which will currently fail if either of the following lines of code
are used: <br>
<br>
c = classObj()<br>
l = layerObj()<br>
<br>
<a href="http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/3940">http://trac.osgeo.org/mapserver/ticket/3940</a><br>
<br>
It essentially rules out creating any new layers or classes.<br>
