open commit rights to Homme Zwaagstra for the MapCache repository.<br>
Homme created the NodeJS bindings for mapcache and would be willing to<br>
move those into the main MapCache repository. He also added a much<br>
needed testing framework that I hope can be extended in the future.<br>
Giving him commit rights will streamline that process and would be a<br>
great addition to the project.<br>
