Following feedback, I've renamed the configuration metadata item, used to<br>
control whether resultType=hits should take into account or ignore<br>
"wfs_maxfeatures", as "wfs_maxfeatures_ignore_for_resulttype_hits".<br>
<br>
Whether to default it to true or false depends on how one understands the WFS<br>
spec, so I've let it to the current state of my implementation :<br>
- default to "true" for PostGIS layers, ie the SELECT COUNT(*) is not limited<br>
by the server side limit<br>
- default to "false" for other layers, as currently done.<br>
