GeoTiff files

Hi,

 I am trying to use some GeoTiff files that I downloaded from
   ftp://ftp.remotesensing.org/pub/geotiff/samples.

I am having some trouble displaying most of these files. (the files are
recongnized as beeing geotiffs files but the reading of the extents
seems to be incorrect).

I was wondering if some of you used a lot of geotiff files with sucess.

PS : I am using mapserver 3.3.009 on NT with the TIFF extension that I
dowloaded from the http://www.libtiff.org/ site.
