What is the difference between these two Win MapServer distributions:
http://www2.dmsolutions.on.ca/mapserver/dl/ms_3.3.011-win32.zip
and
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/win32bin/ms33011g.zip ?

No. Both distributions work perfect on WinNT4 and Win95 for me with Apache and
OmniHTTPd web servers.
