i need the Expression Correct!..

Hi list

i have this expression..

EXPRESSION ('[PERIDODO]' eq 'Paleogeno')

but in my table i have..
PERIODO
  Paleogeno
  Neogeno
  Cretacico

then the results of this expression are Paleogeno and
Neogeno, i need an expression more specific i don't
want the expression takes other words or values. I
only need exactly the word 'Paleogeno'

i'm waiting for a soon advice!..
