Need ms_demo setup help

Hi Brian,

I've just finished dealing with this myself, a longer more
detailed explanation is coming shortly.

In the meantime, in demo.map comment out the MARKERSET line
and disable any layer which has a SYMBOL reference. (Starting
with LAYER and stopping at END # LAYER)
