Mapserver and license...

Peter - Not the world's biggest expert on The Law, but as I understand
it, mapserver's license is essentially the MIT license, which should
allow you to get paid for building something (even GPL should allow
that),  you can change the code, and (little uncertain about this) I
don't think you have to make the code public, although it would
certainly be nice.  I'm not sure where you post the code - look on the
website for instructions on using the CVS server...

I don't think you have to sign anything.
