automatilcally do pan

Frank,
Would you be so kind as to explain how you figured out the image size
from the information in the url?  I've been having some problems
getting my map to display the way I want and I'm sure it's because I
don't have a good grasp of what some of these parameters are and how
they are used by mapserve.
