[mapserver-users] Permissions on Microsoft IIS web server

I did notice that is was documented to set permissions for Everyone in the
"HOW-TO - install for Win2K" doc:

It might just need an update to be set to the IUSR_ account methodology in
the MDP.

Mapserver.exe is run in the security context of the IUSR_xxx (defaults to
IUSR_machine name) account.  Read and  Write needs to be enabled for the
temp folder for that user, since that user is trying to write to the temp
directory.  There should be no need to set it for "everyone" and is
definately not recommended.
