[mapserver-users] ArcIMS Emulations

Since most of the infrastructure necessary to do a perl release is in
place now (my mapserver hacks to perl mapscript are committed, an
"enhanced" epsg file is available), and the ActivePerl stuff looks
sufficiently advanced that our windows brethren can use it if necessary,
I am going to continue on w/ perl development for the short term so I
can get something out to the group ASAP. Then Bruno can laugh evilly and
release his PHP version :)
