I am new to mapserver but very interested in the project. I was =
wondering if it exists a support for Microsoft SQL Server for MapServer =
?

I believe not. I am going to try to make one but I am fighting hard to =
have a useable development environment.

Could anyone give me a working environment (mapserver + gd + proj ... ?)

While working, under windows, everything seems normal but sometimes, the =
compilation fails and I have to had an include (winsock.h for example) =
or a typedef for u_short ...)
