[mapserver-users] Postgis and PHP Mapscript

Presumably you mean a windows dll? If so, I don't think so (unless someone
outside of DMSolutions is compiling windows dlls). I asked Assefa
Yewondwossen @ DMSolutions the other day and he said that he had not
compiled a version with PostGIS support.
