[mapserver-users] alternative tutorial / documentation for mapserver

Yes, there's a tutorial for MapServer (in English).  I'm still in the
process of moving it back to the TerraSIP web site but you can access it
by going to http://terrasip.gis.umn.edu/projects/.  Look for the link to
MapServer tutorial.  The first three sections are working but I need to
fix the links on the rest of the tutorial.

Once I get everything working properly, I will zip it up and make it
available for download.  I'll have it read before the week ends.
