[mapserver-users] Problem with MapInfo TAB file

I don't remember the exact details, but I think we fixed a similar issue
in the OGR/TAB driver after the 3.5 release.  The issue was in the OGR
driver, not in MapServer itself... but anyway you'll need a new
MapServer build using the latest GDAL/OGR library.  You seem to be
running on Windows, so try downloading the 3.6 executable on our site,
it shouldn't have this problem any more:

The 3.6 win32 binaries on the UMN website may also contain this fix but
I can't confirm that since I don't know which version of GDAL/OGR they
use.
