[mapserver-users] Variations in label behavior between Mapserver 3.6.1 on Windows 2000 vs. FreeBSD UNIX

This is caused most like;y by the fact that FreeBSD probably has 
freetype 2.0 loaded instead of freetype-1.3.1.  freetype 2.0 is very 
broken :( for mapserver needs.
