can choose between these Windows downloads of MapServer 3.6.3:

ms36gif_wms.zip
ms36png_wms.zip

ms36gif_gdal_pg_wms.zip:
ms36png_gdal_pg_wms.zip:

For the first two it is mentioned, that these support OGR vector formats
such as MapInfo Tab, Arc/Info coverages, etc
For the last two it is mentioned, that these support many OGR vector
datasets

I want to read Microstation dgn files.
Is there anyone who knows which download I shall choose ?
