[Mapserver-users] php/mapscript error

I think I used PHP 4.3.0 which is know to have a bug that messes up 
$PHP_SELF variable and has a document workaround on wiki or the 
archives. I also have gotten it to work with PHP 4.3.1 which is a 
better choice because it fixes a security bug in PHP 4.3.0.
