[Mapserver-users] Perl mapscript windows

It is possible to build an acceptable perl mapscript on windows without
cygwin, but it is hard. It would be nice if someone with:
a) A good knowledge of mapserver
b) A good knowledge of Windows
c) A lot of love for perl-programming
d) A lot of c-programming experience

would make a distribution of a precompiled mapscript.dll and
mapscript.pm. Apparently b and c rule eachother out, so noone has done
it yet. I would do it myself, if it wasn't for a,c and d, and to some
extent b.

Best regards
