   There's a free WMS/WFS [Windows only] client called "Gaia" available at

http://nukegold.com/downloads.html

Not too many features, but is seems pretty reliable for beta software.

Stephanie,

There is no WFS transactional support in MapServer, nor should you
anticipate this being added in the near future.

Mapserver can act as a WFS client (as well as a server), but I too would
be intererested in knowing of other readily available WFS clients.
