Hi Jason,

Thanks for your help :) I have been reading through the user manual in
PROJ.4 before I asked this question in the mailing list too.  I will
keep looking into the information from PROJ.4 homepage and see if I
could get something :)

Unfortunately off the top of my head I am not sure how or if you can
even do that. If there was information on it though I would suspect it
would be in the Proj docs. Below is the URL. I have been quickly
scanning through it but as of yet have not seen how one might do what
you wish to accomplish.
