simple tool for conversion

The coordinates necessary for a shapefile.  Latitude/longitude ->  Esri
Shapefile coordinates.

What do you mean by xy coordinates?  Do you mean image coordinates or
do you mean coordinates in some projection (ie UTM or State Plane)?
