Aaron -
You have two choices - low resolution and free, or high-quality and =
expensive. The National Atlas dataset is free and downloadable, but a =
1:100,000 scale and down to the level of Townships (no Section grids). =
The other sources mentioned in other posts may get you partial =
information for some areas (or very complete information for some =
areas). The only high-quality, fairly complete section-level data sets =
I'm aware of are privately produced commercial products.
