[Mapserver-users] Windows installation error

Well that takes care of that.  What is strange is that I tried putting the 
lib contents into Winnt/System32 and also tried adding the lib directory 
into the PATH environment variable.  Both were not working for me.  I must 
have been doing something wrong because I tried putting the lib contents 
directly into the cgi-bin directory and it works like a charm.
