[Mapserver-users] MapServer Windows external symbol problem

Ed,

Under CVS MapServer, regex.obj is no longer available as a target.  Also, I 
was only building the regex.obj from GNU's regex and none of the test 
harness.  I later found a link to a message from Assefa that said he uses 
PHP's regex.  I rolled PHP into the mix and my regex problem went away.
