Raster error

Hello All,

I use hundred's geoTiff's files with Tileindex + some shp files.
Everything goes right except the situation when I want to view a part of an area without raster files(no data).

Then the following error is displayed: "msDrawMap(): Image handling error. Failed to draw layer named 'rastr'"

LAYER # raster layer begins here
    NAME rastr
    TILEINDEX "stc"
    TILEITEM "Location"
    MINSCALE     100
    MAXSCALE     11000
    TYPE RASTER
    PROCESSING "BANDS=1,2,3"
    STATUS DEFAULT
